Interface was founded by Prof. Dr. Andreas Balthasar in 1991. We have offices in both Lucerne and Lausanne.

Interface is Switzerland’s competence centre for evaluation. The employees also conduct research in various thematic areas and support and advise organisations in their development and formulation of strategies. We moderate workshops and large group events.

In all of our services, our clients’ needs are at the forefront. For every project, we assemble a tailor-made team that combines the necessary methodological and substantive competencies. It goes without saying that our services are of a very high standard.

Our employees actively engage in various committees of the Swiss Evaluation Society (SEVAL). Interface is a member of the European evaluation network C2E and is certified to ISO 9001:2015. With the certification of our management system, we commit to meeting the international quality management standards of ISO 9001.
